All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

In-stock items will generally be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

To order items will be ordered from the relevant supplier straight away however we then rely on the delivery schedules of that supplier. We get deliveries weekly or fortnightly from most suppliers.

If your order consists of in stock and to order items, we will wait until all items are available to dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received, another when it is dispatched.

UK - under £20 = Ist class, £21-£50 = signed for, over £50 tracked special delivery.

Countries Outside the UK - Customs / Import Duty

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you are responsible for paying any customs / import duty or taxes your country imposes when your order reaches your country. Please check with your country's customes office and allow for this when ordering. Please also remember you are responsible for complying with your country's laws and regulations on goods imported.

If your query is about an item you've already ordered, you will be able to select the order number and the item on the 'Contact us' form - you will need to be logged-in first.

Please Note: If you haven't received any emails from us (and perhaps you haven't received account creation or order confirmation emails either) and you've given us a free email account address to contact you by (eg. Hotmail or Yahoo) please make sure that mail we've sent to you hasn't been treated as spam and put in the 'trash' or 'junk mail' folder by your email provider.
